Max Rixon is a multidisciplinary artist and designer based in Sydney. Much of his recent work has taken shape through the medium of sculpture. His first solo exhibition “Poetica de Domina” - Poetry of a Lady, portrays the relationship he sees between humankind and its own creations. These sculptures exhibit a sense of order in chaos, purpose in uncertainty, and maximalism through minimalistic aesthetics. Rhythmic, yet quiet, a balance in duality.
